The Singapore-based branch of a Chinese bank needed to develop relevant reports to meet the regulatory compliance requirements of the host country. The client faced challenges such as a lack of local developers with banking industry knowledge, an outdated development framework, and high requirements for data security and system security in cross-border development.
TX-Tech addressed these challenges by adopting a domestic and overseas combined delivery model and implementing data security protection and communication security protection solutions. The development covered the visualization reporting requirements and analysis for five major areas within the bank (Corporate Department (CBD), Finance Department (Finance), Risk Department (Risk), Financial Institutions Department (FI), IT Technical Support Department).

Requirement Analysis
TX-Tech’s team conducted in-depth requirement analysis with the client, covering various business areas such as deposit, loan, bond, financial analysis, financial reimbursement, financial reporting, risk analysis, debt mortgage, and file inspection analysis.
Report Development
Using technologies such as SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQLServer, and Java, the team developed over 90 reports based on the requirements, covering multiple business areas for the client.
Business Algorithm Implementation
During report development, the team implemented algorithms for exchange rate conversion, interest calculation, financial comparison, etc., in various business areas, providing accurate data analysis results for the client.
Security Assurance
To ensure data security and system security in cross-border development, TX-Tech adopted data security protection and communication security protection solutions, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
Project Delivery
After nearly one and a half years of service, TX-Tech successfully delivered two contract phases, totaling over 90 reports, meeting the client’s compliance requirements.
