Project Background & Customer

Our client is a prestigious Southeast Asian real estate developer with business operations spanning across multiple countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Cambodia. Severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the traditional offline sales model faced enormous challenges, and the client urgently sought to transition their sales business online. They required a multi-functional website incorporating online property viewing, appointment booking, property launch, and subscription services to enable customers to complete the property purchasing process with ease from the comfort of their homes. Thanks to our team’s successful past collaborations and outstanding project performance, the client entrusted us with this critical project.
To enhance website performance, we implemented caching mechanisms, reduced database read-write operations, and employed CDN to accelerate static resource loading, ensuring a fast user experience.
We adopted server-side rendering for SEO optimization, making it easier for search engines to recognize and index website content, thus improving the website’s ranking on search engines.
To ensure real-time online property selection data during property launches, we used WebSocket technology for real-time data exchange, guaranteeing that property buyers have access to up-to-date information.
